Gerry Martin started his career over 30 years ago in real estate brokerage and finance and at that time was recognized as the youngest real estate broker in Georgia.
He still holds brokers licenses in Georgia, California and Mississippi and has further diversified his company to focus on various business offerings including investment banking, mergers, acquisitions, real estate financing and other advisory services. He has successfully worked with hundreds of businesses and individuals within Georgia and California to increase revenue, shareholder value, as well as individual asset value. His expertise includes extensive experience in loan modifications, lending, brokerage, mergers, acquisitions and private placements. He also holds a number of certifications from several government agencies which has allowed him to work with numerous businesses and individuals in both Georgia and California in securing loan modifications and other financial programs to potentially save their home and/or business during this economic downturn. Gerry is recognized as a thought leader in real estate and Investments, known for his exceptional sales, marketing and financial skills and has a consistent track-record of performance. Gerry attended Georgia State University and is a member of the Commercial Board of Realtors, The Empire Board and North Atlanta Chamber of Commerce. |
