Ravi Bhatia is a Senior Commercial Advisor in Newport Beach focusing on hospitality, retail centers, industrial, multi-family, and land development. He is a post-graduate of UCLA Anderson School of Management with an emphasis on Finance, Corporate Strategy, & Real Estate Valuation.
His interest and passion for real estate began when he bought his first residential property, a single family home at age 23, and grew over time as he acquired more properties and became a landlord and an investor. As his portfolio and experience grew, he started to seek other asset classes of real estate such as multi-family units, retail plazas, and land parcels. He was raised in city of San Jose and Fremont in the Bay Area and gained knowledge and expertise in real estate throughout different regions of the Bay Area. His corporate experience and background gave him excellent foundation for identifying, evaluating, and recommend investment opportunities in real estate space to his clients. Deep-rooted interests in building a income property portfolio, the move to Commercial Real Estate was a natural fit. Ravi relocated to Southern California in 2010 and made Chino Hills his residence. He has been a member of multiple boards - Citrus Valley Association of Realtors (CVAR) in 2014 and Pacific West Association of Realtors (PWR) and is an active member of Local Government Relations (LGR) committee, a political outreach for all realtors for CVAR region. Also, he is a co-chair of Commercial Forum focused on various aspects of Commercial Real Estate. In his spare time, he enjoys traveling, sports, and staying connected with various events in Real Estate industry. His dedication to detail and passion for working with clients to help them make the best decisions by educating them with top notch information and market insight. |
