Investment Associate Travis is from Orange County California where he received his undergraduate degree from Chapman University. He was accepted on an academic Scholarship and graduated with Cum Laude in a Degree in Strategic and Corporate Communications.
Travis originally worked as Associate with NAI Capital at the OC Owner User Group which specializes in Commercial Owner/User Sales and Leasing within the office and industrial sectors. Ultimately, Travis career shifted towards focusing on investments properties as during his rookie year acquired both the Buyer and Seller on a unlisted 14 Million Dollar Shopping Center in the overbuilt retail area of Deer Valley in Phoenix Arizona. Prior to Real Estate Travis served as an account executive in the equipment finance and leasing industry as the top account executive generating over $80,000 of gross profits for Regents Capital Corporation. On the side of Commercial Real Estate Travis designs, prototypes, builds, and sells aftermarket automotive applications. |
